Any unwanted items must be sent back at the customer's expense in original packaging and condition. Please return the goods to:

If you need to return the goods you have received, we will refund you providing they are sent back at your expense in new resaleable condition, in original packaging and with original labels attached, with the original receipt within 30 days.
We suggest for your own protection you use registered post or signed-for courier. Contact us for advice if needed.
Any refund will be issued once we have received the goods, in their original condition. This refund only includes the total of goods sent, not the delivery charge. We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items.
We do not accept soiled items as returns. When trying rugs on your horse, we advise that you do this over a clean summer sheet to prevent the new rug from becoming dirty and/or hairy.
Any goods with manufacturing faults will be replaced or refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If goods are damaged in transit or a fault is detected on inspection, we will either replace, offer an alternative or refund your payment once the item has been returned to us. If you wish to return an item, please contact us first.
If you wish to exchange an item, perhaps for a different size or colour, please contact us to check availability. You will be responsible for the cost of return postage. We do not charge postage for sending the exchange item out to you. If there is a price difference we will either refund or charge the extra.
