Is Kate’s Equestrian Supplies a shop?
We are an online retailer rather than a physical “shop”. We operate from an office & warehouse. All of our stock is listed on our website, but we don’t have a shop premises for you to come and browse in. However, if there is something you need to try on before purchasing, for example a body protector, we can accommodate this.
Can I collect my order from your premises?
Yes, you can. Please contact me first so that I can get your order ready. Payment can be taken through the website before you come or you can pay in person by card or cash.
What size jodhpurs will fit my 9yr old granddaughter?
We do get asked questions like this quite often so we have put size guides (where available) on the product listings. You will find them in the product images. If there is a product without a size guide, or if you require further assistance please contact us and we will try our best to help.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We attempt to get all orders posted the same day (Monday to Friday). Standard postage is free by Royal Mail 48 or Parcelforce 48 which usually takes 2 working days, but can take longer during busy periods. You have the option to choose quicker postage at extra cost.
What if I change my mind about the item I have ordered?
If your order hasn’t been posted yet, we can cancel the order and refund you. If your item has already been posted you will need to return it to us for a refund/exchange (see below).
How do I return an item?
If you wish to return an item please contact us first by email (firstname.lastname@example.org). We have a 30 days return policy but we do extend this over the Christmas period for unwanted gifts or gifts that didn’t fit.

How do I pay?
You can order and pay on our website using Paypal or by debit or credit card via SagePay. We can also take cash or card payments in person.
