Is Kate’s Equestrian Supplies a shop?
Kate's Equestrian Supplies is predominantly an online store, however we now offer riding hat and body protector fittings from our showroom in Hinckley, Leicestershire. Our full range of products is available to see on our website, but we also have a selection of products on display in the showroom. The showroom is open by appointment only, so please call, email or contact us on Facebook to book before visiting.
Why do I need an appointment to visit your showroom?
Appointments are necessary so that I can focus my attention on you, the customer. I run the business on my own, so it is not possible to serve several customers at once especially when I’m doing riding hat and body protector fittings. It also means that I can offer appointments to suit the customer, whether it is after work, after school or at the weekend.
Can I collect my order from your premises?
Yes, you can. Please make an appointment to visit the showroom to make your purchase in person.
What size jodhpurs will fit my 9yr old granddaughter?
We do get asked questions like this quite often so we have put size guides (where available) on the product listings. You will find them in the product images. If there is a product without a size guide, or if you require further assistance please contact us and we will try our best to help.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We attempt to get all orders placed before 2:30pm posted the same day (Monday to Friday). Standard postage is sent by Royal Mail 48 or Parcelforce 48 which usually takes 2 working days, but can take longer during busy periods. You have the option to choose quicker postage at extra cost.
What if I change my mind about the item I have ordered?
If your order hasn’t been posted yet, we can cancel the order and refund you. If your item has already been posted you will need to return it to us for a refund/exchange (see below).
How do I return an item?
If you wish to return an item please contact us first by email (sales@katequestrian.co.uk). We have a 30 days return policy but we do extend this over the Christmas period for unwanted gifts or gifts that didn’t fit.

How do I pay?
You can order and pay on our website using Paypal or by debit or credit card via Opayo. If you prefer, you can call us to place your order and we will take your payment securely over the phone. We can also take cash or card payments in person.
