Express delivery is £5.95.

After receiving full payment we aim to dispatch orders the same day or the next working day, Monday to Friday.

We use Royal Mail, DPD and several other carriers to provide you with a fast and affordable delivery service.

All deliveries are tracked.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us first.

I’ve Changed My Mind About My Purchase

If you wish to return an unwanted item please let us know within 14 days of receiving it. The item must then be returned within another 14 days with the receipt. Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning the item, unless we delivered it in error.

All items being returned must be in as new, unused condition with the original tags and packaging. As return shipping is your responsibility, you may want to obtain proof of postage or use a tracked courier. We cannot be held responsible for items not received or damaged during return transit.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

NOTE: We cannot accept returns or exchanges on riding hats.

Riding Hats

PLEASE NOTE: Ridng hats are a safety item and are therefore non-returnable. We would always recommend seeking out your nearest stockist to get a professional hat fitting from a BETA Trained member of staff before placing an order. Kate's Equestrian Supplies is a BETA Retail Member and we have had the relevant safetywear training. We offer fittings free of charge from our Hinckley showroom.

I Would Like To Exchange My Order

The fastest and easiest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

My Order Has Arrived Damaged / I Have Received The Wrong Item

Please inspect your order carefully as soon as you receive it. If you have received the wrong item or if it is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so that we can put it right.
