After receiving full payment we aim to dispatch orders the same day or the next working day.
We work with Royal Mail, Parcelforce (48Hr) and several carriers to provide you with a fast and affordable delivery service.
Items ordered on a Thursday or Friday will normally be delivered the following Monday or Tuesday.
Goods can be delivered to your home address or an alternative delivery address. The delivery will need to be signed for so someone must be present to receive the goods. If no-one is available to sign when our delivery partner tries to deliver your order, they will usually try to deliver again the next working day or they will drop a card in to offer you collection from a local collection point.
Express delivery is available, at extra cost, throughout the UK, excluding the Channel Islands.

If you need to return the goods you have received, we will refund you providing they are sent back at your expense in new resaleable condition, in original packaging and with original labels attached, with the original receipt within 14 days.
We suggest for your own protection you use registered post or signed-for courier. Contact us for advice if needed.
Any refund will be issued once we have received the goods, in their original condition. This refund only includes the total of goods sent, not the delivery charge. We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items.
We do not accept soiled items as returns. When trying rugs on your horse, we advise that you do this over a clean summer sheet to prevent the new rug from becoming dirty and/or hairy.
Any goods with manufacturing faults will be replaced or refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If goods are damaged in transit or a fault is detected on inspection, we will either replace, offer an alternative or refund your payment once the item has been returned to us. If you wish to return an item, please contact us first.
If you wish to exchange an item, perhaps for a different size or colour, please contact us to check availability. You will be responsible for the cost of return postage. We do not charge postage for sending the exchange item out to you. If there is a price difference we will either refund or charge the extra.

All transaction information passed between our website and the SagePay Payment System is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and all messages from SagePay are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely secure in the knowledge that nothing passed to SagePay can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.
Once on the SagePay system, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards used by, among others, the US Government. The encryption keys are held on state-of-the-art, tamper proof systems in the same family as those used to secure VeriSign's Global Root certificate, making them all but impossible to extract. The data they hold is extremely secure and they are regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure it remains so.
SagePay has multiple private links into the banking network that are completely separate from the Internet and which do not cross any publicly accessible networks. Any cardholder information sent to the banks and any authorisation message coming back is secure and cannot be tampered with.
No individuals within our company or SagePay are able to decrypt transaction information or cardholder data. Their systems only allow access to our most senior staff and only in extenuating circumstances (such as investigations of Card Fraud by the Police). Your card information is secure even from their own employees because the systems never display the full card numbers, even on administration screens.

We will never actually see your bank or credit card details, they are passed in a highly secure way directly to PayPal for processing.
