Evoke Helmet Replacement Scheme
Evoke's industry first Helmet Replacement Policy offers customers who suffer a fall the chance to replace their helmet at 50% off, prioritising safety and removing undue financial burden.
Terms and Conditions:
The Helmet Replacement Scheme is for registered purchases and products only. It provides a like for like, identical style, model, size and finish at 50% off the current purchase price, should the helmet be required to be replaced due to a fall or accident within six months of the purchase date. If a like for like replacement is not available, a similar replacement will be offered.
Helmets must be returned to their original place of purchase. Proof of purchase is required.
Purchases must be registered at www.evoke-group.com within 14 days of purchase. No replacement will be granted without full registration for the Scheme. All details must be completed using the Registration Form.
When helmets are returned to the retailer under the scheme, it must be approved by the Evoke team before the replacement is issued. The retailer must return the helmet to the Evoke head office before a replacement can be given, which will be sent direct to the retailer. The customer receives a replacement helmet at 50% of the original purchase price.
Old helmets are destroyed and are not for further use.
This is a voluntary Scheme offered by Evoke, and may be withdrawn or amended at any time without prior notice.
There are no other refunds, cash alternatives or exchanges.
