Equi-Flector Waterproof Dog Coat. This practical dog coat has a waterproof and breathable outer with a warm insulated lining. It features reflective strips and the Equi-Flector logo on either side, touch close chest fastening and belly flap, and elastic hind leg straps. It is also harness compatible. Great for visibility on early morning and evening walks. Colour: Yellow. To find the correct size: Measure your dog along his back from the collar to the top of his tail. XXXSmall (30cm), XXSmall (35cm), XSmall (40cm), Small (45cm), Medium (50cm).

Extended Christmas Returns

Any orders placed between 1st November 2025 and 24th December 2025 can be returned until the 31st of January 2026, or within the usual 30 day returns period.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us first.

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot accept returns or exchanges on riding hats.

Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase, in perfect condition with original tags and packaging.

You must arrange and pay for the return postage unless the goods are faulty.

We recommend obtaining proof of postage, or using a tracked service as you are responsible for the item until it arrives.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, the original price (excluding postage and packaging) will be refunded to your original payment method as soon as possible.

We will usually apply the refund the same or following day after receiving the item, but please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Please inspect your order carefully as soon as you receive it. If you have received the wrong item or if it is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so that we can put it right.

To Exchange An Item

We no longer offer an exchange service.

If you wish to exchange an item, please return your item for a refund (excluding postage and packaging), and place a new order for the required item(s).

Riding Hats

PLEASE NOTE: For safety reasons, riding helmets cannot be returned unless the item is faulty.

Once a riding hat leaves our premises, we can no longer guarantee that it has not been compromised. This policy helps ensure the highest standard of safety for all our customers.

We would always recommend seeking out your nearest stockist to get a professional hat fitting from a BETA trained member of staff before placing an order. Kate’s Equestrian Supplies is a BETA Retail Member and Kate has had the relevant training to fit and advise on safety wear.
